Anthony Lopes currently acts as principal broker and Managing Director of Sperry Van Ness/Investec Realty Services, with offices in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. He has a 30 year history in Commercial Real Estate, recognized and awarded for five consecutive years, as a CoStar Power Broker and Top Brokerage firm in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. Anthony, a native New Yorker, holds a BA from Hofstra University and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He maintains a membership in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), organization, allowing him to network with brokers and real estate professionals in all 50 United States. With nearly three decades of experience in all phases of commercial real estate including, development, marketing, leasing, sales, acquisitions, and management; Anthony has built an extensive network of real estate, legal, and financial professionals to facilitate in the search, acquisition, and profitable management of real estate assets across the United States.
Director of Property Management
Since August 2013, Ms. Dellanini has worked as Director of Property Management for Sperry Van Ness/Investec in Nashville, Tennessee. In her capacity as Director, she has overseen the daily property management functions, financial budgeting and Tenant/Owner relations.
Felicia Dellanini, RPA, XCSM, previously supervised the retail portfolio and was responsible for the daily operations of various shopping centers in the Chicagoland area. Her responsibilities included overseeing all management staff, property operational items, maintenance, collecting accounts receivable budget preparation and approval, lease administration and tenant and client relations. Ms. Dellanini has over twenty (25) years of experience in retail property management. Ms. Dellanini worked for Mid America Asset Management, Inc. for 11 years, as a V.P., managing a portfolio of 4-6 major projects for clients such as Invesco Realty Advisors, Smithfield Properties, Ohio State Police and Fireman’s Fund, Alecta Investment Management, and Oliver McMillan, while also over-seeing a team of managers and their portfolios. Prior to that, Ms. Dellanini worked for Glenborough Corporation for 5 years, managing, leasing and marketing a multi-state portfolio consisting of approximately 120 tenants.
While attending St. Leo Catholic College, Ms. Dellanini served on the Board of Directors as Secretary for BOMA Florida, Administrator for BOMA Tampa, and Chapter Administrator for IREM Chapter #44 in Tampa. During her tenure with Mid-America, she was recognized for exceptional performance in Property Management in 2000.
Ms. Dellanini holds a Bachelors in Business Management from St. Leo College, received her ICSC SCSM designation, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is designated as an R.P.A. through BOMA National, holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers License, and a Florida Real Estate Brokers License and a Tennessee Real Estate Broker’s License.
